Lesley previously practiced in Massachusetts. She also served as an intern for Judge Nathaniel Gorton, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Lesley is licensed to practice in Ohio and Massachusetts, including the United States District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the Southern District of Ohio.

Lesley and her husband, Dennis, have three children.
